## Summary
New clients referred by an existing Schwab customer can earn up to $1,000 by opening an eligible brokerage or IRA account and making a net deposit of $500,000 or more within 45 days of enrolling. Smaller deposit tiers pay smaller bonuses, down to $100 for a $25,000 to $49,999 deposit.

## Requirements
1. Get a referral code or link from an existing Schwab client.
2. Open a new eligible Schwab brokerage or IRA account using the referral code.
3. Enroll in the referral offer during account opening.
4. Make a qualifying net deposit of $500,000 or more within 45 days of enrollment.

## Fine print that matters
