## Requirements

## Fine print that matters
- Teen can receive only one new checking account opening bonus every two years from the last coupon enrollment date, and only one bonus per account.
- Account must not be closed or restricted at time of payout.
- Bonus is considered interest and reported on IRS Form 1099-INT (or 1042-S if applicable).
- Must open the account in branch with parent/guardian present as co-owner.
- No monthly service fee while linked to parent/guardian's eligible personal checking account (excludes certain other Chase accounts).
