## Summary
Public will match 1% of the value of assets you transfer into a Public brokerage account with no cap, plus reimburse up to $100 in transfer fees from your old broker. You earn the match by completing an ACAT transfer of your brokerage account into Public and keeping the funds there for the required holding period.

## Requirements
1. Download the Public app and go to Settings.
2. Choose 'Transfer my stocks to Public' in Account Settings.
3. Complete an ACAT transfer of your brokerage account, IRA, or 401(k) rollover.
4. Keep the transferred assets and match in your Public account for the required holding period.
5. Receive a 1% uncapped match on transferred funds plus up to $100 in reimbursed transfer fees.

## Fine print that matters
- Offer expires 5/31/26.
- Only eligible ACAT transfers into your primary Public brokerage account qualify; IRA transfers and 401(k) rollovers are not eligible under this promotion and instead fall under Public's ACATS IRA Match Program.
- Transferred assets and bonus must remain in the account for at least 5 years from settlement or the bonus is revoked.
- Fee reimbursement up to $100 applies only if incoming account value is over $5,000.
- Deposits and contributions to Public accounts are not eligible, only ACAT transfers.
- Bonuses over $600 cumulative per calendar year generate a 1099-MISC tax form.
- Not valid if you previously received a Public promotion and withdrew substantially all funds.
- Offer not combinable with other promotions and is non-transferable.
- Must be a U.S. resident 18 years or older.
