## Summary
SoFi pays $75 a referral, or $100 if you hold SoFi Plus, have an eligible direct deposit, or have brought in $5,000 or more. The cap is unusually high and stated in dollars rather than referrals: $10,000 a calendar year across every SoFi referral program combined, which is the highest ceiling of anything we track.

## Fine print that matters
- The $100 rate applies to SoFi Plus members, those with an eligible direct deposit, or those with $5,000 or more in deposits. Otherwise it is $75.
- The cap is $10,000 in cumulative referral and direct deposit bonuses across all SoFi referral programs in a calendar year, per person.
- The person you refer is paid only once, when they open their first SoFi Checking and Savings account.
- SoFi's Invest referral is a separate offer paying the new client $25 in stock rather than cash.
- Sending a referral link requires you to have express consent to send the recipient promotional messages.
- SoFi's master official rules are the authority on sharing and did not render for us, so we make no claim about where the link may be posted.
