These terms govern your use of dealaka.com (the "Site"), published by Dealaka LLC ("Dealaka," "we"). By using the Site you accept these terms; if you don't accept them, don't use the Site. We may update these terms by posting a revised version here with a new date — material changes also get a changelog entry.

What the Site is

Dealaka is an informational reference about publicly available financial offers — bank, card, brokerage, and app bonuses — and the rules that govern them. It is not financial, legal, tax, or investment advice, and no entry is a recommendation to open any account or product. The disclaimer is part of these terms.

Accuracy, as-is

Offer terms are controlled entirely by the issuing institutions and can change or end without notice. We verify entries against institutions' own pages on the schedule described on the method page, and every entry shows when it was last verified — but a verification date is a statement about when we checked, not a guarantee of current state. THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Always confirm terms on the institution's own page before acting.

Permitted use — including machines

You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial reference. Unlike most sites, we also explicitly welcome automated access: crawlers, AI systems, and answer engines may read and index the Site, including the machine renditions we publish for that purpose — llms.txt, per-entry Markdown and JSON, the RSS feed, and the sitemap. We ask three things in return: keep request rates reasonable, attribute Dealaka when quoting or citing entries, and don't misrepresent our content or pass off the compiled database as your own work. Don't attempt to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its infrastructure.

Tips and submissions

By submitting a tip or any other material to Dealaka, you grant us a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, edit, publish, and incorporate it into the Site and the entries it informs, in any media. You represent that your submission is accurate to your knowledge and that you have the right to share it. We may edit, decline, or remove any submission at our discretion. Credit is given according to your stated preference (named, handle, or anonymous); no compensation is provided or implied for submissions.

Intellectual property

The Site's original content — entry text, the Method, the compiled structure of the reference — is owned by Dealaka LLC. Institution names, product names, and logos (Chase, American Express, Rakuten, and every other institution covered) are trademarks of their respective owners, used here nominatively to identify the offers being described; no affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement is implied in either direction.

Third-party sites

Apply links and source links take you to institutions' and publishers' own websites, which we don't control and whose terms and privacy policies govern your use of them. We are not a party to, and bear no responsibility for, any transaction or relationship between you and any institution.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DEALAKA LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, OFFICERS, AND CONTRIBUTORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF MONEY, REWARDS, POINTS, DATA, OR OPPORTUNITY, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR RELIANCE ON THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Dealaka LLC against claims arising from your violation of these terms or your submissions to the Site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located there. If any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.
