Assurance Checking earns 5.00% APY on the first $500 and 0.01% APY on balances above $500. To earn interest you must maintain a minimum daily balance of $2,500 and receive at least one direct deposit of $200 or more per month; if requirements are not met you earn no interest that month but can qualify again next month.
