GreenState pays $100 to each side and publishes no limit on how many people you can refer. It is the only program we track with no referral link at all: the person you refer simply says they were referred when they open the account. That removes the link-sharing question entirely, and it also means there is nothing to track, so you cannot check on a referral's status.

When it pays
Deposited to both parties within 60 days, once the account is judged active.
The fine print that matters
- There is no referral link. The new member must mention they were referred at account opening, and GreenState states it cannot respond to inquiries about a referral's status due to privacy.
- GreenState publishes no limit, saying to refer as many friends and family members as you want.
- The account must be active within 90 days or no bonus is paid. Active means at least 15 transactions per month.
- Eligible accounts are GrowGreen Checking, Free Checking, or Access Checking, and membership requires a $5 share deposit.
- The referred person must be 18 or older and new to GreenState. Anyone who was a member in the previous 6 months, is a joint owner on any GreenState deposit account, or lives in the same household as the referring member is excluded.
- The referring member's account must be positive to receive the bonus.
- GreenState describes this as a limited time offer without naming an end date.
