- Purchases exclude balance transfers, cash advances, traveler's cheques, foreign currency, money orders, wire transfers, lottery tickets, casino gaming chips, racetrack wagers, checks, interest, unauthorized/fraudulent charges, and fees.
- Account must be open and not in default at time of fulfillment.
