How to get the Guaranty Bank Checking bonus

1. Open a new consumer checking account with the required minimum opening deposit ($25-$50).
2. Have at least one direct deposit or direct debit post and settle within 60 days.
3. Have at least one debit card transaction post and settle within 60 days.
4. Enroll in e-statements and online banking.
5. Keep the account open at least 30 days with a positive balance to receive the bonus.

The fine print that matters

• Offer available only to new Guaranty Bank consumer checking clients who have not closed a Guaranty Bank checking account in the previous 12 months.
• Current Guaranty Bank accountholders, business accounts, and the Empower Youth Checking account are not eligible.
• Bank employees are not eligible.
• Limited to one bonus per customer per account, cannot be combined with other offers.
• Early closing fee of $20 if the account is closed within 90 days of opening, regardless of bonus qualification.
• Paper statement fee of $2-$3 applies if you don't use e-statements.
• Bonus/gift value will be reported to the IRS and the client is responsible for taxes.
• Accounts opened online default to the $300 credit instead of a physical gift.
• Bank may substitute a gift of equal or greater value if the advertised item is unavailable.
