IHG One Rewards members can register for a promotion that pays 8,000 bonus points for every 4 qualifying room nights stayed between May 20 and August 31, 2026. Members must register before their stays and can repeat the earning cycle with no cap on total points.

How to get the IHG Pick Your Points Promo bonus

1. Register for the Choice Two offer before or during the promotion period.
2. Book qualifying-rate stays at participating IHG hotels between May 20 and August 31, 2026.
3. Complete 4 qualifying room nights (each with spend over $30/night) after registering.
4. Earn 8,000 bonus points for every 4 qualifying nights completed, repeatable with no cap.

The fine print that matters

• Must be an active IHG One Rewards member and register before qualifying stays count.
• Stays completed prior to registration do not qualify even if within the promotion window.
• Stays booked with reward nights/points cash or through OTAs like Expedia or Booking.com do not qualify.
• Only one member per room can earn points, and only one room per night per member qualifies.
• Bonus points do not count toward elite status qualification.
• Members can choose only one of the two offers (2k/2 nights or 8k/4 nights) and cannot switch.
