You get $200 for setting up at least $1,000 in ACH direct deposits within two months, another $200 for keeping a $10,000 average balance for three months, and a final $200 for keeping that balance for a full 12 months.

How to get the Verve, a Credit Union Checking bonus

1. Open a new Verve checking account and a savings account with a $5 share.
2. Set up ACH direct deposits totaling at least $1,000 into checking within 2 full calendar months to earn $200.
3. Maintain an average monthly balance of at least $10,000 in qualifying deposit accounts for the first 3 full calendar months to earn another $200.
4. Maintain that same $10,000 average balance through 12 full calendar months to earn the final $200.

The fine print that matters

• Only one bonus offer available per person.
• Bonus only available to new members who have not had a Verve checking or membership share account within the past 18 months.
• You must purchase and maintain one required share at par value of $5.00 in a savings account.
• Checking account must be open and in good standing at time of each payment.
• Bonus payment is considered interest and reported on IRS Form 1099-INT.
• Offer valid for accounts opened from July 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026.
